Singapore Airlines and Scoot Aim to Replace 5% of Fuel with Sustainable Aviation Fuels by 2030

Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Scoot, both part of the SIA Group portfolio, have set a target to replace 5% of their total fuel requirements with sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) by 2030. SAF has the potential to reduce carbon emissions by up to 80% compared to conventional jet fuel, aligning with the SIA Group’s goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
