AirAsia Expands Services Between Malaysia and China/India in Response to Visa-Free Entry

AirAsia has announced a significant increase in flights between Malaysia and China/India, totaling 230 weekly flights starting in the first quarter of 2024, with a capacity of up to 5.2 million seats per year. This expansion is in response to the Malaysian government’s decision to offer 30-day visa-free entry for travelers from China and India to Malaysia, effective from December 1, 2023.
