TFE Hotels has entered into a partnership agreement with Serene Capital, a Boutique Fund Manager, for the Adina Apartment Hotel Barrack Plaza in Perth’s CBD. The hotel, consisting of 100 keys, now falls under the ownership of Serene Capital, expanding their portfolio to over A$850 million in assets.

AHLA Survey: Americans Plan to Increase Hotel Stays in 2024 Despite Inflation

A survey commissioned by the American Hotel & Lodging Association and conducted by Morning Consult has revealed that 72% of Americans intend to either maintain or increase their number of hotel stays in 2024 compared to 2023.
