IHG Hotels & Resorts, a leading global hotel company, is extending its collaboration with Dinso Resort Co., Ltd by adding a new property, Dinso Resort & Villas Koh Chang, Vignette Collection, to its portfolio. Scheduled to open in 2024, this 166-room luxury resort will join Dinso Resort & Villas Phuket, Vignette Collection, and Sindhorn Midtown Bangkok, Vignette Collection as part of IHG’s collection brand.
Bangkok-based hotel owner, operator, and investor, Minor Hotels, has appointed Sandie Johannessen as the Group Director of Spa and Wellness – Asia, effective from October 2023. In her new role, Sandie will oversee the spa and wellness operations, development, and brand standards across all of Minor Hotels’ brands in Asia. She will also be responsible for strategic partnerships related to spa, wellness, and medical services.

AirAsia has announced a significant increase in flights between Malaysia and China/India, totaling 230 weekly flights starting in the first quarter of 2024, with a capacity of up to 5.2 million seats per year.
